Changelog
This page documents all version updates, new features, bug fixes, and improvements for Cloud Storage Manager.
Version 1.2.5
🚀 Highlights
- Direct cloud upload: Files can stream straight from the visitor's browser to the cloud provider, reducing load on your server for large uploads.
- Custom failure notification recipients: Send upload-failure alerts to your own list of addresses (comma, semicolon, or newline separated) instead of only the site admin. Leave it empty to fall back to the site admin address.
- Upload Issues panel: A new admin diagnostic view (Fluent Forms → Settings → Cloud Storage Manager → Upload Issues) that groups failed uploads and explains each one in plain English — issue, cause, fix, and quick actions.
🔧 Improvements
- Failure emails: Each recipient now receives their own email, and the number of emails sent is logged for easier auditing.
- Recipient validation: Recipient addresses are validated and de-duplicated as you type, with debounced input handling.
- Proactive Dropbox token refresh: Dropbox access tokens are refreshed ahead of expiry so uploads don't fail mid-session.
- Automatic token refresh: Expired connection tokens are refreshed automatically, plus a WP-CLI connection check for verifying driver connectivity from the command line.
- Fixed: Minor bug fixes and performance improvements.
