Before installing Cloud Storage Manager, ensure your WordPress site meets the following requirements.
WordPress Requirements
Recommended Requirements
- WordPress Version: 6.0 or higher
- PHP Version: 7.4 or higher
Plugin Dependencies
WordPress Cron (WP-Cron) Must Be Enabled
This plugin relies on your systems cron events to process certain background tasks automatically.
It is essential that WP-Cron is enabled and functioning properly on your site.
Why is WP-Cron Important?
WP-Cron allows WordPress to run scheduled events in the background—such as cleaning up old entries or processing large file uploads—without manual intervention.
If WP-Cron is disabled or not working, key functionalities of this plugin may not execute as expected.
Need Help?
If you're not sure whether WP-Cron is enabled, or need help setting up a server cron job, please refer to the WordPress documentation on WP-Cron or contact your hosting provider for assistance.
