PDF Attachment
In the PDF attachment section, you can select a PDF feed which will be generated and attached when files are uploaded to cloud services. The selected PDF feed will be stored with the other uploads in your configured folder.
Note: PDF Attachment is a Pro feature. It requires an active Pro license in addition to the Fluent Forms PDF addon being installed and enabled. Without both, the option is locked.
Configure PDF Attachment
PDF Attachment Settings
The PDF Attachment Settings allow you to configure which PDF feed should be generated and attached when files are uploaded to cloud storage for a specific form.
Select PDF Feed
In the PDF Attachment Settings section, you can select a PDF feed from the dropdown menu. The dropdown will display all available PDF feeds configured in your Fluent Forms setup.
- Select a PDF feed: Choose the PDF feed that you want to be generated and attached when files are uploaded to cloud storage for this form.
TIP
Selected PDF feed will be generated and attached when files are uploaded.
Example: PDF Attachment in Cloud Storage
When a form submission is processed with PDF attachment settings configured, the generated PDF file will be uploaded to your cloud storage along with the form submission files. The PDF file will appear in your cloud storage with the other files.
In the example above, you can see the generated PDF file (registration-data_923_1617.pdf) has been successfully uploaded to the cloud storage, appearing alongside other uploaded files from the form submission.
TIP
If your folder path uses per-field shortcodes ({upload_admin_label} or {upload_element_label}), the generated PDF is not placed inside a per-field subfolder — those shortcodes are stripped for the PDF, so it lands in the base configured folder alongside the submission's files.
Save Settings
After configuring your PDF attachment settings, click the Save Settings button to apply the changes to the selected form.
